The Dream has been named the Vice President of Island Records. He announced it via his twitter account:
"I wanna thank everyone at Island Records/DefJam for their faith in me and making me Executive Vice President of Island Records," The Dream said in a statement on his Twitter page. "Thank you to my team..my manager Mark Stewart & my attorney Aaron Rosenberg for getting this 1st step of a goal accomplished."
"I look forward to the challenge of rebuilding music for not only Island Records But for Universal Records as a whole. Today I'm humbled and blessed," The Dream said.
He ended this message on Twitter saying that he is calling it a Twitter quits but did not release a reason for the sudden Twitter withdrawal.
Rumors have it that The Dream and Christina Milian have applied for a marriage license in Los Angeles, CA and are to be married very soon. Also, there are many speculations that Christina is actually pregnant.
Ya'll know that I am not a fan of The Dream when it comes to his singing or whatever that is that he does. But regardless of my personal opinion, he seems to stay on top of his game when it comes to the music industry. As far as Christina, maybe being preggo.... Congrats!
