Obama Fried Chicken....???

As if people haven't already put President Obama on everything from t-shirts, mugs, mouse pads, hot sauce bottles, shoes, baby bibs, etc. . Name it his name and face have surely been on it. However a restaurant in Brownsville, NY has renamed its restaurant's name to Obama Fried Chicken. And I am not joking. The manager of the store Mohammad Jabbar said that some community leaders have told him to change the name but he says that changing the name was simply to embrace a historical moment. And right down the street from Obama Friend Chicken is Obama Beauty Supply, which sells a Michelle Obama wig for $49.99.A White House spokesman, Ben LaBolt, said in an e-mail message, “The White House has a longstanding policy of disapproving uses of the president’s name and likeness for commercial purposes."


Have these two businesses gone too far? When is it TOO far?
